Manohar Sukumar, J.D., M.P.H. is a Supervising Attorney at Public Law Center's Health Law Unit. Prior to this role, served as a Staff Attorney and Contract Health Care Attorney at Legal Aid Society of Orange County. Manohar also has experience as a Health Care Legal Clerk and Legal Volunteer at Legal Aid. Additionally, Manohar has served as the President of the Lewis & Clark Student Bar Association and interned for Senior Advocate Shyam Divan. Manohar has a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School, an MPH in Community Health Education from California State University, Long Beach, and a BS in Biochemistry from UCLA.

The Public Law Center (PLC), Orange County's pro bono law firm, is committed to providing access to justice for low income residents. Through volunteers and staff, PLC provides free civil legal services, including counseling, individual representation, community education, and strategic litigation and advocacy to challenge societal injustices.
