Rafael Torres

Rafael Torres has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Rafael began their professional career at Infopulse Portugal as a Software Engineer in 2000 and worked there until 2004. Rafael then joined MobiComp - Mobile Computing & Wireless Solutions as a Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, Rafael joined Microsoft as a Senior Program Manager and stayed until 2011. Rafael then joined Sonae as a Product Manager from 2011 to 2014. After that, Rafael worked at Farfetch as a Release Manager from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Director of Product Management at Smith Micro Software, Inc. In 2019, Rafael joined Seegno as a Product Manager and later transitioned to Public Mint, where they currently hold the position of VP of Engineering.

Rafael Torres completed their Licenciatura degree in Engenharia de Sistemas e Informática at Universidade do Minho, from 1995 to 2001. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a CSM Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
