Dawn Legere

Dawn Legere currently serves as the Director of HR & Operations at Public Opinion Strategies since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dawn held various leadership positions at PD Systems from August 2007 to March 2023, including Chief Operating, Human Resource and Financial Officer, where responsibilities encompassed developing financial, operational, and human resource strategies for a Department of Defense services contractor. Dawn's experience also includes managing operations, human resources, and business development functions at Radian, Inc., and administrative roles at PRRI and Price Waterhouse, as well as early career roles with the United States Department of the Navy. Educational background includes studies at George Mason University.
