Mikael Nissén

Mikael Nissén is a management consultant and co-owner at Public Partner since August 2023, demonstrating extensive experience in the public sector through various leadership roles and development work. Nissén has supported public organizations in change processes, developing leaders and management teams. Previous positions include serving as interim department head for sports and recreation at Upplands Väsby kommun, area manager at Uppsala kommun's labor market administration, and labor market manager at both Sollentuna and Upplands Bro kommun. Nissén has also held roles in project management related to youth development in Kalix kommun and worked in organizational development and as a teacher at Kalix Folkhögskola. Education includes a bachelor's degree in social psychology and various leadership and coaching certifications.
