Jocelyn I. Collins

Jocelyn Irene Collins is an experienced government relations professional currently serving as a Senior Government Relations Associate at Public Policy Partners, where responsibilities include grassroots and legislative lobbying for clients in Maryland. Previously, Jocelyn served as the Associate Director of Legislative Affairs at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, developing federal lobbying strategies and achieving significant policy wins, including a ruling on telemedicine for controlled medications. Additional experience includes roles as the Government Relations Director at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, where successful campaigns were executed on tobacco control and healthcare policies. Jocelyn's background also encompasses volunteer leadership in the Democratic Party and teaching as an adjunct professor at Bowie State University. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from McDaniel College.
