Stelios Papadakis

Stelios Papadakis is an experienced HR Business Partner currently at PPC S.A. since September 2024, having previously held similar roles at Harbor Lab and Skroutz. With a strong foundation in human resources, Stelios has developed expertise in performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement, as well as fostering organizational culture. Prior roles include talent acquisition and recruitment consultancy positions at Vodafone and ReGeneration, where success in building effective hiring strategies and enhancing candidate experiences was demonstrated. Stelios holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Strategic Human Resources Management from Alba Graduate Business School and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business.
