Jeffrey A Mpa

Jeffrey A, MPA, SHRM-SCP has a range of work experience in various organizations. Starting from 2012, they worked as a Sales Associate at Best Buy. In 2014, they served as an Intern to Clerk of Court at Bronx Family Court and then became a Case Manager at Safe Horizon. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office as a Human Capital Analytics, Inclusion, and EEO Program Compliance Specialist.

In 2018, Jeffrey joined the New York City Emergency Management Department as the Deputy Director Of Human Resources. Then, in 2019, they became the Director of Human Resources and Strategic Business Partner at Our World Neighborhood Charter Schools. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Public Counsel.

In 2022, they took on the role of Racial Justice Fellow at the Shriver Center on Poverty Law and is currently serving as the Director of Talent Operations and Human Resources at Public Preparatory Network.

Throughout their career, Jeffrey has demonstrated expertise in human resources, strategic partnerships, and program compliance.

Jeffrey A, MPA, SHRM-SCP, earned their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Temple University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they attended John Jay College (CUNY) from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus in Public Administration - Management and Operations and Human Resources. In addition to their educational background, Jeffrey obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in April 2021.
