Lily Brown

Lily Brown has extensive work experience in education, spanning several roles and organizations. Lily started their career as a Junior Associate for the Office of School Innovation at District of Columbia Public Schools in January 2011. Afterwards, they worked as an Office Coordinator at Harlem Success Academy 2 from May 2011 to June 2012. Lily then transitioned to a role as a 1st Grade Assistant Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools from July 2012 to June 2013. Lily continued to work at Success Academy as a Science Teacher from August 2013 to June 2015. In 2015, Lily joined Public Preparatory Network as a 3rd Grade Teacher from August 2015 to June 2016. Lily then became an ELA Instructional Coach from July 2017 to June 2019 at the same organization. Lily further advanced their career as a Lower School Academic Director from July 2019 to July 2021 before assuming their current role as Director of Early Learning at Public Preparatory Network from August 2021 onwards.

Lily Brown attended The George Washington University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology.
