Troy P. Thompson

Troy P. Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academic and career advisement, currently serving as the Director of the CUNY Inclusive Economy Program at Zicklin School of Business since February 2023. As an independent consultant since August 2019, Troy has collaborated with various esteemed organizations, including the National Urban League and the United Nations Women, focusing on professional development and career consulting. Troy holds advisory roles at Ragan Communications, Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, the Museum of Public Relations, and SEO, where contributions include strategic guidance and programming for over 200 mentors. With a strong background in digital communication and integrated communications as demonstrated at Havas PR US and the Public Relations Society of America, Troy also shares expertise as a guest lecturer and founding mentor at Baruch College's Sigma Alpha Delta Honor Society. Troy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications and Political Science from Baruch College.
