Amanda Menzies

Vice President at Public Sector Consultants

When it comes to a topic as complex as health policy, Amanda leverages her strength in critical thinking and analysis to get at the heart of an issue. She is a pragmatic perfectionist who always sweats the details. Whether conducting literature reviews or analyzing key informant interviews, Amanda enjoys the challenge of discovering and elucidating the information that is most important for people to know. While she relishes the opportunity to sit down and wade through volumes of qualitative data, Amanda also finds great satisfaction in facilitating stakeholder discussions, where she gets to dig into what people are thinking and help them find areas of agreement.

As a vice president, Amanda leads and works on projects in a variety of health policy issue areas, including healthcare reform, behavioral health, and trends in primary care service delivery. She has led several large‐scale stakeholder engagement efforts, where her fastidiousness and exceptional project management skills are on full display. In addition, Amanda is always happy to lend her expertise when clients need a skilled health policy presenter.

Amanda brings more than 20 years of experience in the fields of public health and health policy. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in fund development for nonprofit organizations serving victims of domestic violence and people with substance use disorders.
