As a child, Lynne was taught to always trust but verify, and she verifies by seeking out the details. This mantra has become invaluable for Lynne, making her an indispensable resource for clients and colleagues who rely on her to meticulously manage details and meet overlapping project deadlines and outcomes with remarkable precision. She uses her wide range of skills to manage data, write technical manuals and reports, and serve clients.
As a senior consultant, Lynne works as a project manager for the Michigan Department of Education’s Catamaran system, a PSC‐coordinated project that tracks special education data compliance with federal special education laws and regulations. Lynne has been a member of the Catamaran project team since 2006 and continues to meet the needs of clients and project partners. She enjoys helping the client envision what they need and seeing that idea through to completion by facilitating productive discussions that enhance the system and process for everyone. Perhaps her greatest strength is taking vast, dizzying lists of things to do and creating repeatable processes that ensure they are checked off in a thorough and timely manner.
Prior to joining PSC, Lynne worked as an office manager and legal assistant for the Bordelon Law Firm, overseeing administrative, human resource, and financial management operations. She also assisted the litigation and probate attorneys with client management and legal transcription.
