Gareth Owen

Gareth Owen is an experienced project and program manager with a robust background in delivering solutions across the emergency services and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Lead Project Manager at Public Sector Resourcing since October 2022, Gareth provides project management services to the Home Office on the Emergency Services Network programme. Prior roles include Technical Project Manager at Deloitte, where project management services were offered for various projects within the ESN programme, and Director at Positive Project Services Ltd. Notably, Gareth held leadership positions at Zebra Technologies and Motorola Solutions, where responsibilities included building and leading project management teams, developing governance models, and delivering critical solutions for major retail and transport clients across Europe. Gareth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Surrey.
