Kellie D. has over two decades of experience in public service and communications. Currently serving as the Director of the Office of Strategic Communications at the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia since March 2008, Kellie D. leads strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness and foster community engagement. Prior to this role, Kellie D. worked as Assistant Chief Deputy for the State of Maryland, overseeing the administration of decedents' estates, and held several positions within Prince George's County, including Special Projects Manager and Special Assistant to the Director. Kellie D. began a career in public policy as a fellow and intern within the Office of Human Resources Management for Prince George's County. Academically, Kellie D. holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Ohio University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University.
