Amy E. Brown

Amy E. Brown serves as the External Affairs Manager at Public Service Company of Oklahoma since July 2021. Prior to this role, Amy held several positions within the City of Tulsa, including Deputy Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer, as well as Deputy Chief of Staff from December 2016 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes roles such as General Counsel Intern at W.C. Bradley Co. and Summer Associate at Hall Estill. Amy began a career in public service as a City Council Aide and Scheduler/Mayoral Aide for the City of Tulsa and also worked as a Political Science Clerk at the University of Tulsa. Amy E. Brown holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law, a certificate from Harvard Kennedy School in Driving Government Performance, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Tulsa.
