Tracelle Palmer

Tracelle Palmer has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Tracelle is currently working as the Director of Learning Technology at the Public Services Health & Safety Association since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bell as a Senior Manager of Learning and Content Design from April 2021 to October 2022, and as a Consultant in Learning and Content from September 2019 to April 2021. Tracelle also worked at Ubisoft Toronto as a Senior Learning and Development Partner from March 2019 to September 2019. Tracelle has experience in instructional design and e-learning development from their time at Samsung Electronics, where they served as the Lead from February 2017 to March 2019. Tracelle also worked as a Learning Manager at Amazon from August 2016 to February 2017. Earlier in their career, Tracelle worked at WIND Mobile in various roles such as Instructional Designer from July 2015 to July 2016, Retail Field Sales Coach from August 2014 to June 2015, and WIND Specialist from October 2010 to August 2014.
