Viktor Kurylo

Viktor Kurylo, CPA, CA has extensive work experience in the finance field. Viktor is currently the Director of Finance and Administration at Public Services Health & Safety Association as of October 2021. Prior to this, Viktor served as the Lead Financial Officer at BMO Financial Group from May 2015 to October 2021. In this role, they led the finance function for three business units with a combined annual expenditure of $150M+ and over 1,500 employees. Viktor was a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and provided finance leadership and support to business leaders at the VP level.

Before joining BMO, Viktor worked at Investment Planning Counsel Inc. from May 2011 to May 2015. Initially, they started as a Senior Accountant where they completed various accounting processes and collaborated with stakeholders on financial planning activities. Viktor later served as the Manager of Accounting, focusing on financial reporting, consolidation, and strategic analysis within the wealth management business.

Viktor's earlier experience includes working as a Staff Accountant at Collins Barrow from January 2009 to November 2010, and at Leach Bradbury LLP from January 2008 to December 2008.

Viktor Kurylo, CPA, CA completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting at the University of Toronto Mississauga from 2003 to 2007. Viktor subsequently obtained the Chartered Accountant certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in 2010.
