Joel Perez, PMP, PMI-ACP, currently serves as the Director of Program Management at Public Storage since October 2022. Previously, Joel held the role of Director of Program Management and Sr. Program Manager in Global Business Solutions at Tapestry from January 2019 to September 2022. Joel’s career includes significant contributions at Kate Spade & Company, where responsibilities included managing the expansion of an international e-commerce site and overseeing Business Intelligence projects. Prior roles involved on-site management of a multi-million dollar Distribution Center start-up at K. Hovnanian Homes, where Joel earned accolades for project success. Joel began professional endeavors as a Revenue and Finance Intern at the Township of North Bergen. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Information Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology.
