Josh Tai

Josh Tai, CPA, CA has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Josh is currently working as the Senior Director of Real Estate Accounting & Finance at Public Storage since November 2021.

Josh Tai, CPA, CA attended The University of Auckland from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Graduate Diploma of Commerce (GradDipCom) in the field of Accounting, Finance, and Taxation. In 2012, they became a Chartered Accountant (New Zealand) through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Later, in 2016, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
