With over 15 years of legal practice, Mark has specialized in land use, construction, environmental, and utility law, fostering strong relationships among property owners, residents, and governmental entities. Previously, they held roles at several prestigious law firms and corporations, including Southern California Edison, where they managed various real estate and development matters. Mark earned a JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.S. in Political Science and History from Florida State University. Additionally, they contribute to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University Law School.
