Amy Cavanaugh

Amy Cavanaugh is an experienced leader in transformation and operations, currently serving as the Head of Transformation for Corporate Trustee Services at Public Trust since July 2023. In addition to this role, Cavanaugh contributes as a Board Member for both The Supported Life Style Hauraki Trust, which supports individuals with mixed abilities, and AFS Intercultural Programmes New Zealand, focused on developing future global citizens. Previous positions include Director at Norfolk Mortgage Management Ltd, Head of Customer Experience at Go Car Finance, General Manager Operations at Pinnacle Life, and various roles in claims and business operations at Tower Insurance and Westpac New Zealand Limited. Cavanaugh holds degrees in Commerce & Administration and Arts from Victoria University of Wellington, and has completed leadership and governance courses from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and the Institute for Strategic Leadership.
