Andrea Guertin

Andrea Guertin currently serves as the Head of Design & Co-creation at Kyndryl Vital Canada, focusing on human-centered design for modernization in critical technology systems. As the Founder of Wemaygo, a B2B market research recruitment business, Andrea supports innovation and design projects by connecting research teams with suitable participants. Additionally, as a Service Design Professor at George Brown College, Andrea teaches systems thinking and service design principles. Experience includes roles as an Executive Advisor for Inclusive Design at Metrolinx, CEO of Bridgeable, and Senior Manager and National Lead Innovation Facilitator at Deloitte Canada. Andrea holds a Master of Arts in Social Design from Maryland Institute College of Art, a Bachelor of Interior Design from Ryerson University, and an Associate degree in Interior Architecture & Design from Academy of Art University, among other professional qualifications.
