Saumya Manohar

Saumya Manohar is currently the VP of Legal at Public.com. Prior to this, they served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at The Wing from May 2019 to February 2021.

During their time at The Wing, they were responsible for all legal and policy matters and worked closely with the CEO and COO to drive strategy and operations. Saumya also led the People team from June through November 2020. Under their leadership, The Wing opened its first international location in London and implemented a new staffing model that gave employees clearer job descriptions, consistent performance standards, internal pathways for promotion, and higher wages.

In 2019, The Wing doubled its membership and footprint, revenue grew 67% YoY, and headcount went from 300 to 500 FTEs. In Jan 2020, the company closed a $50M financing led by Google Ventures. In Feb 2021, IWG (owners of Regus) made a majority investment in The Wing, which will empower The Wing to grow rapidly in the US and internationally to meet the increased demand for flexible work space.
