Jon Hyde

Jon Hyde is an experienced Delivery and Service Design Manager and Programme Manager at Publica Group Ltd. As the Transformation Programme Lead, Jon specializes in Org Design & Development and Digital Transformation. Jon played a key role in setting up and developing Publica Group, a local government delivery vehicle that significantly improved customer experience and saved £40M from a £10M investment. Additionally, Jon was also a Co-Founder at Bipolar Club. Jon obtained an MSc in Information Management from The University of Sheffield in 2004.
