Sebastian Botti has worked in various roles in the customer service and sales industry since 1995. Sebastian began their career with an administrative position at Estudio Juridico Lopez Martinez - Weissmann in 1995. In 1997, they moved to a sales executive role at Red de Educacion de IBM. From 1999 to 2018, they worked at United Airlines in various roles, including Supervisor de Operaciones, International Service Director and Work Load Coordinator, Mileage Plus Coordinator, and International Sales and Service Representative. In 2018, they moved to Avature as an Account Manager, and in 2019 they became Manager Customer Support Norwegian Air Argentina. Currently, Sebastian is the Head of Customer Success at Publica.la, a digital platform that enables users to create their own digital content store to sell and distribute eBooks, audiobooks, and more.
Sebastian Botti obtained a Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from UADE between 1996 and 2001.
