Ivan M. is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and ERP solutions. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at PubliCare GmbH since January 2024, Ivan leads the Business Central engineering organization, focusing on performance enhancements and collaboration with executive leadership on digital strategies. Prior to this role, Ivan held positions at brands4friends as Engineering Manager and Team Lead for ERP Development, where contributions included driving agile delivery for an e-commerce platform.
