Laura Motioc

Laura Motioc has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Working Student at Bosch. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Software Engineer at accesia.eu, where they developed and maintained enterprise-level applications in various domains. Laura also took on the role of Technical Lead, where they architected high availability systems and designed technical solutions. At EduGamiTec in 2019, Laura was a Software Engineer and worked closely with the CEO and UX designer to update and improve the application. Lastly, at Lisam Systems starting in 2020, they were an Engineering Manager and PO Proxy, driving the discovery process and overseeing the successful delivery of six teams. Laura also served as a Technical Lead, managing a versatile component library and facilitating knowledge sharing between teams.

Laura Motioc attended the Technical University of Cluj Napoca from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
