Adam Pierce currently serves as Vice President of Brand Experience at Publicis Collective, overseeing strategic direction and media planning for Alfa Romeo and Maserati since March 2023. Previously, Adam spent over a decade at Carat USA in various roles, culminating in the position of Strategy Director, where extensive expertise was applied to lead the strategic direction for the General Motors Corporate Brands Division. Adam's proficiency in translating insights into actionable strategies, audience-based media planning, and advanced media targeting earned recognition from General Motors. Adam's earlier experience includes positions at Barnes & Noble/Borders Books & Music, where management skills were honed in customer relationship management and event facilitation. Adam holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and American Studies from Wayne State University.
