Cole Radcliff

Cole Radcliff is an experienced marketing and design professional with a diverse background in talent engagement, product marketing, and creative services. Currently serving as Club Design Coordinator at Switchyards since June 2024, and as Talent Engagement Manager at Publicis Collective since June 2022, Cole has also held various roles at Layr, including Product Marketing Manager and Growth Marketing Manager. As the founder of V7 Creative, established in August 2020, Cole specialized in web design, graphic design, photography, and videography. Previous experience includes the role of Marketing & Operations Manager at Hatchet Coffee and managing the W|W Virtual Filter Build® website for Wine To Water. Cole Radcliff earned a degree in English, Literary Studies & Professional Writing from Appalachian State University in 2019 after graduating from A.C. Reynolds High School in 2015.
