Scott Lingor serves as President of Data Strategy at Publicis Collective since 2019, where responsibilities also include the role of EVP Data Strategy & Solutions. Prior to this, Scott operated as a Freelancer Data Scientist in 2018, focusing on machine learning solutions for business challenges.
