Amy Thompson

Amy Thompson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within leading organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Publicis London since May 2022, Amy previously worked as an HR Business Partner at BBH London from March 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, Amy held the position of Senior HR Business Partner/Deputy Head of HR at the Royal Academy of Arts from May 2016 to March 2019 and worked as an HR Advisor at Olswang from January 2012 to May 2016. Amy's career began as an HR Coordinator at Baker McKenzie in 2011. Academically, Amy holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Human Resources Management from DPG and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology and Sociology from the University of Essex.
