Arianna Sittenfeld Molina

Arianna Sittenfeld Molina is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and technology integration within the human resources sector. Currently serving as an HR Regional Coordinator for Operations and Talent Platform Specialist at Publicis Groupe since March 2020, Arianna oversees the implementation of talent management systems and develops learning and development programs for twelve countries in the LATAM region. Prior to this role, Arianna worked at HP from October 2008 to December 2019 in various HRIS positions, focusing on talent, performance, and learning. Arianna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a Licentiate degree in Interior Design from Universidad LCI Veritas, along with an Advanced English degree from Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje.
