Eliza Milson serves as the VP of Employee Experience at Publicis Groupe, leading global initiatives for over 95,000 employees across more than 100 countries since December 2012. Previously, Eliza held several key positions within Publicis Groupe, including Talent Products and People Analytics Director and Global Talent Engagement, Innovation & Technology Director for Publicis Media. Eliza's earlier roles include Global Talent Project Manager and Global Talent Coordinator at ZenithOptimedia. Prior to joining Publicis Groupe, Eliza worked as a Social Media Manager at NANNIES INCORPORATED and served in various capacities at St Vincent's Hospital. Eliza holds a People Analytics Certificate from AIHR, a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Macquarie University, among other qualifications.
