Joanne Theseira

Joanne Theseira is a seasoned executive in the communications and marketing industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Board Member at AWARE since May 2024, Joanne has held multiple leadership roles at Publicis Communications since July 2014, including Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director positions. Additionally, Joanne acts as Chief Growth Officer for Southeast Asia at Publicis Groupe since September 2022. Prior to Publicis, a significant tenure at TBWA\Group Singapore lasted from September 2003 to May 2014, where Joanne progressed from Regional Account Director to Group Account Director at the Digital Arts Network, specializing in new business development. Starting a career as an Account Coordinator at Grey Worldwide Singapore, Joanne holds a B.A. (Hons) in English Literature from the National University of Singapore, awarded in 2002.
