Natalie Lam serves as the Chief Creative Officer for Asia Pacific at Publicis Groupe since February 2021, leading over 40 agency brands and a community of over 3000 creatives towards innovative projects, achieving notable accolades such as two Cannes Lion Grand Prix in their first year. Prior to this role, Lam held positions as Executive Creative Director at various agencies including Ogilvy, McCann Worldgroup, and Google, where Natalie drove creative initiatives for global brands like Coke and Instagram, and significantly enhanced creative reputations within the industry. As a co-founder of The Foxgrove, a private electronic music and DJ school, Lam's creativity extended beyond traditional marketing into the arts, while earlier roles at Razorfish, McCann, and OgilvyOne showcased their leadership in building award-winning teams. Lam's career began in print design at Frankfurt Balkind Partners, and Natalie holds a BFA in Art from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
