Deepak Das

Deepak Das has over 25 years of work experience in the finance and payroll industry. Deepak currently holds the position of Director Payroll at Publicis Re:Sources since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Publicis Sapient for 16 years, with roles including Senior Payroll Manager, Manager Finance (Payroll), and Senior Associate Finance (Payroll). Before joining Publicis Sapient, Deepak worked for GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare for seven years as an Officer, where they handled salary processing and managed various financial aspects. Deepak began their career at Sushil Jeetpuria & Co as a Senior Executive and Consultant, overseeing individual clients and managing Social Security Trusts and accounting.

Deepak Das completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Financial Management and Management Studies from the University Of North Bengal in 1992. Deepak then pursued an MBA in Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2002 to 2005. In 2015, Deepak participated in a program titled "Excellence in Managerial Communication" at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in leadership, human resources, and interview skills from LinkedIn, as well as a lean six sigma Green Belt certification from Sapient.
