Hitesh Anand

Hitesh Anand is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and IT, currently serving as Manager - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation at Publicis Re:Sources since May 2021. In this role, Hitesh oversees the global management of the Annual Salary and Bonus Review process, project management, UAT setup, production deployment, analysis and testing of SAP releases, role-based permission setups, and reporting. Prior to this, Hitesh held key HR positions at Ericsson, where responsibilities included total rewards administration, market surveys, and process enhancements, and at HCL Technologies, focusing on variable payments, automation projects, and reporting. Hitesh began the career as a Customer Service Representative and Data Analyst, building a strong foundation in HR operations and IT management. Hitesh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Computers Aided Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
