James McPhee

James McPhee has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. James began their career in the British Army, where they served as a Staff Sergeant, fulfilling various roles such as Technical Trainer, EOD Technician, Department Head, and Telecommunications Engineer. After leaving the military, they joined Black Box Network Services as a Project Manager, where they successfully built a professional services team and generated significant additional sales. James then moved on to Sycamore Networks as an Installation Manager, overseeing deployments and ensuring customer satisfaction. At Coriant, Inc., they worked as a Principal Network Support Engineer, managing a global network of third-party install companies. James also served as Senior Business Manager - PMO at Infinera, where they created a customized Enterprise Project Management solution and managed a global Project Management Office. Prior to their current role, James McPhee worked at Planview, Inc. as a Sr. Customer Success Manager and later as Manager, Customer Success, where they led a team responsible for ensuring customer success and achieving business value.
