Jitendra Singh

Jitendra Singh has a strong work history, beginning with their role as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at IBM Global Process Services in 2005. In this position, they focused on coordinating with clients and project managers to ensure efficient service delivery and responding to customer queries promptly.

In 2006, Jitendra joined Publicis Sapient as a Senior Associate in IT Operations. Jitendra remained with the company until 2014, gaining substantial experience in this role.

After leaving Publicis Sapient, Jitendra joined Publicis Re:Sources in 2014. Jitendra held several positions within the company, starting as a Senior Associate in IT Operations and later progressing to Manager of IT Procurement and Senior Manager of IT Procurement Operations. In their most recent role as Director of IT, Jitendra contributed to the management and reporting of the company's procurement process and supply base.
