Nidhi Tulsi

Nidhi Tulsi is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Publicis Re:Sources since November 2021, Nidhi previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at HCL Technologies for a brief period in 2021. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Capco from March 2012 to November 2019 included roles such as Talent Acquisition & Resource Manager for APAC & India, and Human Resource Lead for Malaysia and India. Nidhi began a career in recruitment at Accenture from July 2007 to March 2012, where responsibilities encompassed candidate screening and selection, coaching for interviews, and managing recruitment processes. Recognized for exemplary performance, Nidhi received multiple commendations from senior management for demonstrating strong ownership and accountability in work.
