Samar Abbas

Samar Abbas is currently serving as a Senior Associate in IT GS Global Support at Publicis Re:Sources since July 2023. Previously, Samar worked at Hexaware Technologies as an ITSM Functional Consultant from February 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing Change Management processes, leading Change Advisory Boards, and conducting Post Implementation Reviews. Prior experience includes roles at Concentrix as an Assistant Manager of Information Technology and at Convergys in various capacities related to Technical Change Management and support services. Samar's career began at Wipro BPO as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, following earlier roles in sales and technical support. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Arya College of Engineering & IT, with foundational schooling at Aligarh Muslim University and Aligarh Public School.
