Sharon Owen

Sharon Owen's work experience starts in 2015 as a Recruitment Specialist at People Working Corp. Sharon then worked as a Rental Tech at Aspen Skiing Company in 2016 before joining Amazon as a Recruiter in 2017. In the same year, they also started working at British American Tobacco as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2018, they became a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at British American Tobacco, and in 2019, they took on the role of Knowledge & Content Lead - GBS Americas (Assignment) while still working in talent acquisition. Sharon continued in talent acquisition until 2021 when they joined Blackbaud as a Technical Recruiter. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead - Costa Rica at Publicis Re:Sources, and starting in 2024, they will take on the role of Talent Acquisition Team Lead - LATAM at the same company.

Sharon Owen completed their education at the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Sharon obtained a Licenciatura in Psychology from 2014 to 2016, a Tecnico in Human Talent Selection from 2014 to 2015, and a Bachillerato in Psychology from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications in areas such as talent sourcing, customer service leadership, and performance management through LinkedIn.
