Bhamini Singh Rathore is an experienced recruitment professional with a career spanning over a decade in the human resources field. Currently serving as a Manager and Track Lead at Publicis Sapient since September 2016, Bhamini has previously held the role of Associate Recruitment Lead at iNautix Technologies, responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various skill sets. Bhamini's experience also includes a significant tenure at HSBC, where recruitment leadership for Global CBM and HSBC Trades was undertaken, alongside notable achievements such as spearheading a successful employee-referral program and being recognized as a top recruiter in 2015 for hiring the maximum number of Business Analysts in HSBC-India's history.
