Nihal Fahad Al-Shagra is an experienced professional in the field of product management and IT project coordination, currently serving as a Growth Product Manager at Exceeders since July 2017, where responsibilities include onboarding innovative companies and creating compelling value propositions. Throughout a significant tenure at EXCEED IT Services, Nihal has held various roles including Special Initiatives Manager, focusing on projects like the Exceed IT Academy, and Regional Academy Program Manager, aiming to empower fresh graduates through IT training. Nihal began a career at Siemens as a Senior Project Coordinator, managing key activities in a large-scale railway automation project. Academic qualifications include a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Al-Nahrain University, complemented by a high school diploma from Baghdad International School.
