Tilak Doddapaneni

Tilak Doddapaneni is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Engineering at Publicis Sapient, where responsibilities include leading the global engineering capability and advancing the agile engineering model. Previously, Tilak held the position of Director of Tesco Technology for Online Products, successfully building online engineering teams and launching key platforms like Tesco Direct and Tesco’s Marketplace. Before that, Tilak was Technology Practice Lead at Sapient Corporation, contributing to major e-commerce implementations, and co-founded Nisus Inc, focusing on software for real-time personalization and compliance. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Databases and AI from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
