James Rinn

James Rinn, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at PublicSquare since July 2023, while also holding positions as Founder/Owner of Rinn Consulting, which provides coaching and consulting services, and Founder/President of Highland Lakes Property Tax, aiding property owners in reducing their tax burdens. Rinn has extensive experience in financial leadership roles, previously acting as CFO/COO of Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP and CFO/COO for SmithCo Investments and e3 Foundation. Additional roles include contract CFO at Sedera, advisory board member at Five Stone Tax Advisers, and a vice-presidential position at CoreLogic. Rinn holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and has over two decades of expertise in finance, operational excellence, and strategic planning.
