Rebecca Gaddis

Rebecca Gaddis has over 25 years of work experience in the banking industry. Rebecca currently serves as the Director of Branch Operations at Publix Employees Federal Credit Union, where they are responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day operations of the branch network. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union as the Senior Vice President, Senior Lender, and Business Development, overseeing all lending functions and managing the marketing function. Rebecca also held the position of Vice President, Area Market Manager at C1 Bank/First Community Bank of America, where they focused on business development and relationship building. Rebecca began their career at Barnett Bank/Huntington Bank/SunTrust Bank, holding multiple positions before moving on to Colonial Bank as a Senior Sales Representative. Throughout their career, Rebecca has consistently demonstrated a strong focus on employee growth and development, member experience, operational efficiency, and building beneficial relationships within the field of membership.

Rebecca Gaddis attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a degree in Southeast CUNA Management School. Rebecca is currently working towards a bachelor's degree in Accounting at Saint Leo University. In addition, they have completed professional development courses in Banking, Finance, and Management.
