Rachelle Pierre

Rachelle Pierre, PMP, has over 20 years of experience in project management and strategic planning, primarily at Publix Super Markets since November 2006. In the role of Manager of Refrigeration Policy, Training, and Logistics, Rachelle provides strategic direction for the retail refrigeration organization and in-house maintenance program. Previous positions at Publix include managing a PMO to oversee facility changes across 1,250+ retail stores, leading strategy planning processes, and directing efforts for strategic projects with significant budgets. Prior to Publix, Rachelle served as IT Manager for CP Ships, overseeing application support in a high-volume environment. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from American Sentinel College, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
