Tim Arnold

Tim Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Tim is currently working as a Principal Apple Systems Engineer at Publix Super Markets since May 2021. Before that, Tim worked at the National Football League (NFL) as a Mac Client System Engineer from February 2019 to November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Apple System Engineer at Architect of the Capitol from May 2016 to January 2019. Tim also worked at the National Science Foundation (NSF) as an Apple System Engineer from September 2014 to May 2016. Before that, they were an Intern at the National Security & International Affairs Division in the Executive Office of the President for a few months in 2014. Tim also served as the Macintosh Team Lead at NSF from June 2011 to May 2014. Tim started their career as a Genius at Apple Retail and later worked as a Consultant at Mac Business Systems. Throughout their career, Tim has showcased expertise in various areas such as system engineering, scripting, patch management, and software deployment.

Tim Arnold holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Science and Technology Policy with a focus on Internet Policy Analysis from The George Washington University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Economics from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business in 2006 to 2007. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications including Jamf Certified Expert, Jamf Certified Admin - 300, Apple Certified Support Professional, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Python 3 Essential Training, Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), JAMF Certified Casper Technician, Apple Certified Associate Mac Integration 10.10, Apple Certified Associate Mac Management 10.10, and CompTIA Security+.
