Cristian Coccia has extensive work experience in the digital marketing and advertising industry. Cristian began their career in 2000 as an Account Manager at Graff Communication Index. Cristian then moved on to work as a Business Developer at Cuorum from 2001 to 2003, where they were involved in the conception and implementation of the company's business plan. From 2003 to 2004, Coccia served as the Sales & Marketing Manager at IndicizzAzione.it, helping to define the brand's positioning and commercial strategies.
Cristian then joined O-one in 2004 as a Digital Marketing Manager, overseeing the launch of the agency's online advertising unit and managing digital strategies for key clients. In 2005, they became a Business Development Manager at Popularity, focusing on developing new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships in the search engine marketing field.
In 2006, Coccia took on the role of Business Development Director at FullSix, leading the development of new business opportunities. Cristian then joined GroupM in 2009 as the Head of Social & Search, responsible for managing multiple teams across different agencies and ensuring operational excellence in social media, SEO, and biddable media.
From 2012 to 2014, Coccia served as the Head of Digital at Mindshare, where they were part of the Italian Management Board and oversaw technology, media mix, and operational excellence for a 40+ team across Milan and Rome offices. Cristian then joined GroupM again in 2014 as the Head of Mobile before transitioning to PubMatic in 2015.
At PubMatic, Coccia held various roles, including Director of Advertiser Solutions Italy, Regional Director Southern Europe, and their most recent position as Regional VP, Southern Europe, which they currently hold. Cristian is responsible for overseeing regional operations and strategic growth in Southern Europe.

Cristian Coccia earned a Bachelor's degree in Modern Literature from Università degli Studi di Milano from 1992 to 2011. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1992, they studied Visual Communications at I.T.S.O.S.
