Ling Yun Tang

Ling Yun Tang is a seasoned UX researcher currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at PubMatic since July 2023, with prior experience at Meta and Exostar. As the founder of Plum Creative Advisory, Ling Yun Tang provided art advising and curatorial support to various organizations. Ling Yun Tang's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Sociology from Yale University, a certificate in the UXUI Program from The George Washington University, and a B.A. in Sociology from Wellesley College. With a comprehensive career encompassing roles in academia as an Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong and as a lecturer at Christie's Education, Ling Yun Tang has specialized in the sociology of art and culture, alongside hands-on experiences in the art market through positions at Sotheby’s and Chinese Contemporary Gallery.
